We’ll create a design draft and send it to you for feedback. We’ll keep refining it until you’re 100% satisfied.
Typically, design takes about 3–4 business days. Production usually takes around 3 weeks after payment is received. Most orders arrive within approximately 3–4 weeks from the time of payment.
Because all items are custom-made, we can’t accept returns for customized products (including names, numbers, logos, or custom artwork). However, if we made an error or if an item arrives defective due to our production process, we’ll remake and reship your order at no cost.
Yes. You can often pay through PayPal using a credit/debit card without creating a PayPal account. (We still recommend creating an account for easier checkout and payment tracking.)
