Let us know your design ideas. The process starts with a consultation between the customer and the designer. Describe your ideas, preferences, and specific needs for your team uniforms. Our design team listens carefully, notes every detail, asks questions where necessary, and visualizes it step by step just like a puizzle. It usually takes about 1 to 2 business days to make a draft. We will make iterative revisions until we arrive at a final draft that satisfies you.
Are you satisfied with the final draft? Is it as you imagined? If so, please approve the design and provide a list of your team members along with their name, number and desired size. We will issue an invoice and be ready to start production.
You can pay with your preferred payment method, such as PayPal or credit card. Once your payment is received, our production line will start producing your order.
For group orders, we will produce samples on our production line first and send pictures to you for confirmation.
Full order production will start after sample confirmation. It takes about 14 days to complete your order.
When the entire order production is completed, our QA team conducts a final inspection, and we proceed with packaging.
Your order will be shipped from our facility in Cambodia. As soon as the order is completed, the product is sent, so you can receive it in the safest and fastest way.
