Our team will listen carefully, capture every detail, ask clarifying questions when needed, and build your design step by step—like a puzzle.
It usually takes about 1–2 business days to create the first draft. We’ll make revisions until you’re fully satisfied with the final design.
Are you happy with the final draft—does it match what you imagined? Once approved, please send us your roster with each player’s name, number, and size. We’ll prepare an invoice and get everything ready for production.
Pay using your preferred method such as PayPal or a credit/debit card. Once payment is received, our production line will begin making your order.
For team orders, we may produce a sample first and send photos for your confirmation before we proceed with full production.
Full production begins after sample confirmation (if applicable). It typically takes about 14 days to complete production.
After production is completed, our QA team performs a final inspection. Then we carefully package your order for shipping.
Your order ships from our facility in Cambodia. As soon as your package is dispatched, we’ll share shipping details so you can track it until delivery.
